Bodybuilding: Can I compete & be ready in 3 months?
Question by Diane S: Bodybuilding: Can I compete & be ready in 3 months?
I was wondering if it is too late to try to compete in a 27 March 09 competition as a novice given that I just started. Even though I have just started “bodybuilding” I have a lot of muscle and a good figure. I saw some pics of a previous competition and feel I got what it takes. The only thing is, I don’t know a thing about competing. So I need advice from an experienced competitor…can I do this and be ready by the end of March to compete??? Or should I wait and learn more. Thanks

that depend on your body fat % now.
if you are already low fat body let’s say less than 7% and you will be ready by another 3 months to compete.
you have to focus on nutrition and carbs intake
and lot of posing practice, specially back-pose since you can not see your back yourself ask someone who experienced bodybuilder.
and tan I recommend tanning salon bed start before 1 month slowly
and 1 week before the contest use Protan everyday layer.
if you need more info email me.
you don’t have to think Win the contest, more importantly experiences.
