With the success of Craigs new moms program, class ranges have been expanded to include step-up, running, cardio, and ab crunching. With the expansion of Chicago boot camp moms programs, Craig is excited to include Jamie and Dustin as part of the program that educates campers on nutrition getting womens bodies in shape without starving yourself or spending hours in a boring gym. Classes are designed to be fifty-minutes in length for a total of four weeks. You can, of course, sign up for more weeks to keep going on fit for life programs.
Craigs moms boot camp programs produce results. Check out Tobi Davidson of Chicago who said, After the birth of my twins, I was thoroughly disgusted with the way I looked, felt and the lack of energy I had. Trying to keep up with twins was exhausting and there was no time for working out. My first time working out with Craig, Jaime, And Dustin I thought, What was I thinking?! The amount of work they had us do was crazy. But let me tell you, I went back the next week and the next and I lost 42 pounds and still going. There are many success stories of new moms who now are able to wear skinny jeans, throw around baseballs with their kids, and who can run and jog through daily chores without getting tired.
This Chicago boot camp also provides nutrition cheat sheets. Craig Kastning says, I will provide nutrition cheat sheets for you, but you need to follow them. Craig further emphasizes, We love to eat just like you do and you can find nutritious and healthy foods in your local grocery store. No need for fad diets or foods from expensive health food stores, just shop your grocery shelves; we will show you how. This concept is a proven method that keeps campers on track with nutrition. It has been scientifically proven that eating is 80% of losing weight. Ten percent is commitment and 10 percent is following exercise programs, Chicago personal trainers.
