i am working on a paper and its on weightlifting/cardio…i have frank zane and arnold s. for weightlifting but need someone(2) for cardio and fitness.some people who made a difference in lifting and cardio.

Jack Lalane, Charles, Atlas, Eugene Sandow, for strength training.They were all LOOOOONG before Frank and Arnie.

Dr. Kenneth H. Cooper for cardio. He`s the one who coined the term aerobic exersise.
