Here’s a tip. No diet, no contraption or machine, no rubber band with handles, no body suit, no beautiful gym, no workout schedule is going to get you out of bed on a cold morning to do what you need to do. You must submit your body to your will. Nothing will make you feel more confident and more at peace than challenging your body to do what is right and good for it. When it comes to getting your body in shape your will is the single most important thing. Once that is set you can do anything! When the determination is place, then you can decide on diets and contraptions to help you.
