About Me

Adam SorensenMy name is Adam and I’ve always been passionate about taking care of my body, especially lifting weights and working out.

I’ve been doing Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred work out for about 7 months now and have seen some decent results. I used to just go jogging in the morning, but with the workout I can get strength training, cardio, abs and stretching all done within half an hour.

I believe that my body is a gift from God and I intend on taking good care of it.
